1) Surat rasmi nak minta lanjutkan tajaan.
2) Borang dari JPA. Ni embassi email nanti2.
3) Keputusan peperiksaan terkini.
4) Study plan. Contohnya sem ni nak amik ape sem depan nak amik berapa.
5) Surat sokongan. Setelah berhempas pulas berusaha mencari apakebendanye surat sokongan dalam bahasa Jepun. Suisen letter paru-parunye.

Tapi yang ber-peliknye. Suisen letter ni kena tulis sendiri. Apa kehohnyelah. Sendiri sokong diri sendiri. Saudari AKmaliyana ni best, baik, rajin. Saya sokong beliau dapat sambung tajaan. Hoh sampai besok.
Mula2 aku ingat kan Yamadai je. Rupanya2 dai2 lain pun begitu jua. HAHA. Ada satu dai tu. Sensei tulis. Tapi belaiau draft dulu. TUnjuk dekat student. Kamdian baru tulis taip betul2 dan sign. Lepastu Alan pun kata kosen pun begitu jua.

Dear Mr. Jasri,
I am writing this reference letter at the request of Ms. Cantik Jelite Tak Minat Farid Kamil, 3rd year student of Mech Engineering, in support of her application for scholarship extension from Malaysia Government for 2009/2010 year.
Ms. Cantik Jelita Tak Minat Farid Kamil has been under my supervision for four years. During this period, I have seen her well achievement in our department these past years. Her growing capability in communication skills is also impressive, that I can see her potential on getting into society very well. She has a great capability in languages, thus, I honestly think she can contribute as an intermediary in architecture area between Malaysia and Japan.
In order to graduate, Ms. Cantik Jelite needs only berapa credits to be finished. That is, 2 credits of Basic Research Thesis (基礎卒業研究―必修), 6 credits of Research Thesis (卒業研究―必修), and 2 credits of any optional subject. (専門科目群―選択) pandai2 ler. I am sure she can manage to complete Yamaguchi University’s requirements for graduation without any problem. Though she had some problems on pursuing to 4th year research early this year, she has shown some improvements in attitude towards responsibility and obligation as a student. Furthermore, lately, I’ve noticed that she has been actively coming to school without skipping class.
For all of these reasons, I am sure Ms. Cantik Jelite Minat Que Haidar will do her best on continuing and finishing her study, and may as well make a respectful contribution for the society, and also your country in future. Therefore, again, I express my recommendation for Ms. Cantik Jelite for the scholarship extension.
